Early Access Program docs/handbook updates [iteration 2]
To move the Early Access Program to iteration 2 we need to adjust documentation/handbook pages to clarify that program participation is obligated in case if a group admin wants to enable Beta/Experimental features in the scope of his group.
That's something that we really need to reach because current policies don't allow us to contact people that probably had issues with Experimental & Beta features (detected from anonymized usage metrics inside group for example) but keep silence because they can't find correct communication channel for that.
@nick_vh had communication with @vkarnes about this topic and Valerie said that it's required to be done before we proceed with next steps in the design. We (contributor success team) had the additional Slack communication to find out/clarify requirements regarding to it:

So, there are next points to check/change:

Exclude gating from early access program requirement. (MR) -
There should be a process documented for how internal teams should implement behind the experiment/beta toggle moving forward. -
The Experiment/Beta/GA documentation would need to be revisited to ensure it accurately depicts this newer approach. -
Potentially, some of our cultural/values may need to be adjusted.
