Show issue titles instead of links on the user page
Recreation steps
I often use my user page to quickly navigate to recent issues (to provide a link in the current related/duplicated issue). But since I can't see the titles, I have to open each one in a new tab to find the one I need.
Implementation plan
The "Reason" column of the "Bonus Points" table lists links to issues:
Issue titles should be displayed instead of links, as is the case with MR tables:
These titles should be also clickable so they can be easily opened with a click.
Perhaps the "Reason" column should be split into "Reason" (Labelled/Closed) and "Titles".
