Add a method to issue management to allow marking duplicates

While going through the issue backlog, I see issues that are duplicates or related to each other. In Gitlab, there is the /duplicate slash command that allows you to specify another gitlab issue as a duplicate issue. This would be a great new feature to add in order to help purge the backlog from duplicates.
