Preserve existing comment while pipeline reruns

Ah, there is a minor issue here: Let's say we have seen the result of a pipeline once and there hasn't been a discussion following the feedback comment. Now when we kick off another pipeline run, we're basically overwriting the previous results with "A pipeline has been created....". This is only logical, but may be surprising from a user's perspective.
I wonder if we should only post this comment if there hasn't been any comment with the tag before. So that would mean that upon the second run of the pipeline, we're not getting notified that it's running but only see the result once it's done. I don't know that's better, just loud thoughts here.
