GitLab Billings page does not scale with Large font sizes

Problem

If you set your browser font size to Large, the formatting on the Group billings page in GL breaks:

Proposal

Adjust tiles so they accommodate text rather than letting it overflow

Result

Users with non-default font sizes are able to see a properly formatted Billings page
