New mailer for existing customer ending Ultimate trial
Background
groupprovision is working to allow SaaS Ultimate trials for Premium customers on their existing primary namespace. When a customer begins this trial, we should send the group Owner an email with information about their trial (start/end date, what to expect), SaaS Ultimate features, etc.
Current Trial Mailer
Today, a customer who reaches the end of an Ultimate trial will receive the following mailer:
Proposal
- The current mailer contains good information about features lost, but is geared towards a customer NOT on a paid plan (with the
Choose a plan
text).- Are the features listed Ultimate specific, or do they cover all paid plans?
- This should be update to be aimed more at a customer with a Premium plan.

- Consider other mailers for scenarios such as:
- Info on benefits of Ultimate
- Check-in mid-trial
- Trial ending soon warnings/notifications
- Trial ended/downgrade successful notification
