Make license seat links searchable by Company in CDOT Admin

Problem

After the changes implemented in , we now display Company name on the main License seat links page in CDOt. However, it is not currently possible to search by this field and return results. You also cannot filter by Company in the Add filter area.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://customers.gitlab.com/admin/license_seat_link
2. Search any company name displayed
3. Return no results

Make Company searchable and filterable on this page.
