Send confirmation mailer for new GitLab.com subscription purchase for self-service customers
Problem
Today we do not send any email to customers who purchase a GitLab.com (SaaS) subscription through self-service. In this situation, the customer would have needed to pre-populate a namespace
- Onboarding email?
- New customer docs?
- Provision tracking: check for reconciliation creation? Maybe we can update this to use this email?
