Problem
On the country pick list, "Ukraine" specifically excludes "the Crimea Region" but should be updated to exclude "the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions"
Proposal
Exclude "the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions"
Result
Country list is compliant
