[UX] Create base email template for all fulfillment emails
Background
We have at least two different email templates in CustomersDot (there might be more). We should consider other systems too.
I propose that we
- create one template that is consistent with the brand and design system
- use a footer to provide frequently repeated info (link to sales). I'm not sure the individual social media links in the "black background" template provide as much value as links into docs, support, etc might be
- convert all email to use the new template
- simplify some of the content in our emails (leverage a footer, or just remove content)
