Perform reconciliation on admin page throws an error

Problem

We have enabled the feature flag reconciliations_admin_execution on the production which allows the admin to perform the reconciliation when clicked.

Due to some strange error, the reconciliation threw 500 permission error.

Proposal

Not sure why the error is happening and would require some investigation. After that it would be nice to propose on what needs to be done.
