SaaS plan upgrade is not being provisioned to Group

Summary

Customer upgrade their SaaS plan from Bronze to Silver. After purchasing, the subscription on [customers portal](https://customers.git lab.com/customers/sign_in) is showing Silver correctly but the group stays Bronze.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have an existing SaaS subscription
  2. Upgrade the Plan midterm
  3. See that the group plan is not upgraded

What is the current bug behavior?

Group plan is not upgraded after subscription upgrade.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The upgrade plan is properly provisioned to the group.

Workarounds

Manually upgrade the group via customers portal admin access.
