Problem
There are a number of steps a GitLab.com customer with a sales-assisted order must take to complete provisioning of their subscription.

Proposal
Simplify and create a lower touch process once the purchase and subscription management activities within GitLab.com.
Possible Iterations
- We should identify how/if the solution can also be applied to subscriptions purchased by Resellers.
