[UX] Removing 'GitLab Credits' prefix from dashboard card titles

Should we remove the "GitLab Credits" prefix from the summary card titles on the dashboard? Applies to both Customers Portal and in-product.

@lciutacu would love your perspective on the copy/terminology side of this.

Problem

The card titles currently read "GitLab Credits - Monthly committed pool", "GitLab Credits - Monthly Waiver", etc. I think "GitLab Credits" is redundant here because:

• The page is already titled "GitLab Credits" and the word "credits" appears throughout the card body copy
• With the new status badge on the On Demand card, the long title causes the card header to break at certain widths

Drop the prefix and just use the credit type as the title:
