Remove feature flag use_sf_new_renewal_query & delay_renew_opp_creation

Description

We have introduced 2 feature flags as part of #15550 (closed)

• use_sf_new_renewal_query
• delay_renew_opp_creation

We need to remove the Old Query section to avoid making an API call to Salesforce and remove the feature flags which introduced 2 hours delay and the new query.
