Monitoring of on-demand usage upload to Zuora

Purpose

Monitor the on-demand usage upload to Zuora for usage billing on the 2026-02-02.

Objective

Create basic dashboards to monitor the on-demand usage upload process. On the day of the usage upload, these tools should enable us to:

1. Verify completeness: Confirm that all subscriptions with on-demand usage and accepted on-demand terms have usage uploaded
2. Validate accuracy: Ensure that the usage uploaded is correct
