Update instructions for resolving a "credit card declined" error
Summary
Customer got stuck in a loop error message when trying to make a first purchase on customers portal with a card that produces card declined error.
Steps to reproduce
- Try to purchase a first subscription on customer portal with a credit card that will result in
Your card is declined
error - Got present with an error screen saying
Your card is declined
with steps to resolution (see Screenshot 1) - Click on the first step which is https://customers.gitlab.com/payment_methods/new
- Get an error message saying
You need to create a Subscription first

What is the current bug behavior?
Customer was asked to add new payment method during the first purchase if the card is declined.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Customer should be asked to try another working card because adding new card without having a subscription is not possible.
