Objective

Create real-time health dashboards that provide operators and engineers with immediate visibility into the health and performance of the monetization platform.

Scope

  • Build operational dashboard showing system health status (green/yellow/red)
  • Create billing operations dashboard (transaction volume, success rates, latency)
  • Build Zuora integration health dashboard (API availability, sync status, error rates)
  • Create Salesforce integration health dashboard (sync status, data consistency)
  • Implement alerting dashboard showing active incidents and anomalies
  • Set up dashboard auto-refresh and mobile-friendly views

Success Criteria

  • Dashboards provide <30 second visibility into issues
  • All critical metrics visible at a glance
  • Dashboard updates reflect system state within 30 seconds
  • Dashboards accessible to ops team 24/7
  • Mobile-friendly dashboard for on-call engineers
