Explore Slack integration with CDot application

Problem

Our error monitoring system is experiencing Slack webhook rate limiting, resulting in dropped notifications with the message:

Due to a high volume of activity, we are not displaying some messages from this incoming webhook integration.

This is affecting our ability to monitor errors for production environments as we are using the same system for both.

Proposal

We are sending Error notifications directly to Slack via Webhooks. James has created an app customers-dot-app and requested a webhook for connecting the app with the GitLab workspace on Slack.

We need to explore different ways to integrate CDot application with Slack. Also, we need to explore having different ways set for Staging/Production to avoid blocking notifications
