ClickHouse data not exported to Data team's S3 bucket

Summary

We now have data flowing into the usage_billing_enriched ClickHouse table in Production. It started landing in this table two day ago (on December 8th)

That said, the Data team does not get the data that's exported daily into their S3 bucket, which then feeds their Snowflake instance.
