Allow admin edit action for SM trials(Cloud licensing)

Allow support team to be able to edit the end date of SM trials with cloud licensing, as it currently only supports show section. This is planned to be built similar to SaaS trials edit action, but we cannot offer option to edit the plan of the trials since the only offering is now Ultimate + Duo Core.
