    Hi @knockfog-ext in testing these changes I noticed some grammatical errors in the email notification. This might be easier to address in this MR, or in a follow-up since it might need a Technical Writing review.

    This should probably read: You've been verified for Gitlab for Education.

    • Remove unneeded "the"

    This should probably read: select Licensing and Renewal Problems

    • The S in Select should be lowercase

  • The form title was changed to Subscription, License or Customers Portal Problems. Can we change it to read:

    select Subscription, License or Customers Portal Problems
