[Unify Premium/Ultimate] Release monitoring

Purpose

Before release

backend

• Identify Kibana, GCP and Zuora dashboards that would help us monitor the release and create new ones as needed.
• Identify Sentry links and queries to monitor the release.
• Check if any additional logs need to be added to the backend code to help debug any issues.

frontend

• Identify Sentry links and queries to monitor the release.

After release

Monitor dashboards/links everyday and post an update with corresponding timestamp as a comment on this issue.
