Customize success modal for Self-Managed subscription

Purpose

This issue is to update the success modal for Self-Managed subscription to:

• show Get your activation code button along with You'll receive your activation code in an email as well. text when cloud license is enabled and
• show just Check your email for the license and details. otherwise

• Title: Purchase completed successfully
• Body: Your purchase was processed successfully. If your instance is activated with a code, your subscription will synchronize automatically, or you can manually synchronize. For offline or legacy license environments, see how to activate your license.
