  @rcobb: One other suggestion that could help detect these situations sooner- we could write a VCR test (as there is a job that records VCR daily) that particularly enters invalid card details and verifies the QSR payment failure email is sent.

  This way we can catch early if Zuora's response changed and our codebase is expecting it. This can be added as an improvement.
