Clarify presence of temporary extension on billing page

Problem to solve

Currently it's unclear when a subscription has been extended on the user end. The billing page makes not mention of an extension or when it expires.

Provide more clarity on when their namespace will drop to free or lose the extension.

Proposal

Provide the end date for any temporary extensions on the billing page and various banners we provide a notification for. Currently it shows the original subscriptions expiration date.

The two main locations I think this would be useful is the billing page updating the Subscription end date to the right date and then the banner that shows up on all pages telling the customer they need to renew.
