[Support Tool] Adjust Trial plan monthly quotas
Problem
Support is asked to temporarily adjust the compute minutes temporarily for the customer trial. With the existing tool, we cannot adjust the monthly quotas. It only allows adding Additional Minutes which remain indefinitely until used.
WARNING: Additional compute minutes added this way will last indefinitely until used. If the request is to provide "extra compute minutes" during the trial period only, use the Manage GitLab Plan and Trials option which will change the usage quota to match a paid plan quota for the duration of the trial.
Because we're moving from mechanizer to CustomersDot Support Admin Tool, non of the existing CustomersDot Support Admin Tool is capable of updating the trial monthly quotas and revert the monthly quotas back when the trial end.
Proposal
Add a tool that allow support to adjust the trial to have similar monthly compute quotas to the paid product counter part. Once the trial end, the monthly quotas should be reverted to free quotas or the quotas of the current plan linked to the group.
Result
Support team can use the CustomersDot Support Admin Tool to adjust trial monthly compute minutes quotas.
