Increase the over_threshold logic for .com auto-renewals
Overview
When we changed the way that .com accounts auto-renew to include their user growth, we added logic to skip cases where the increase is really large: gitlab-org/growth/engineering#65 (closed)
We haven't heard any pushback and looking at the data, 16/24 cases that were over_threshold were under $10,000.
By automating these renewals, we can save time for Sales and ensure we are collecting the revenue.
Proposal
Increase the over_threshold logic from 2x original ARR AND total cost >5,000
to 2x original ARR AND total cost >10,000
