Skip recording invalid customer payment method in Job monitoring

Problem

Order.ElectronicPaymentOptions.PaymentMethodId.Invalid Errors occur when customer attempts to purchase with an invalid card.

Given this is a client error, we may not require to log them in Job monitoring.
