Add Bulk updates action to selected in Admin Panel

Problem

Currently, some errors have been reported that can be ignored because they were somehow expected. There is nothing to be done on those errors.

Over the time, we can work on removing the errors from even being logged into the monitoring. Till the time, we need to have an ability to select them together and perform a single action of updating their status in one go.

Proposal

Provide an ability to select multiple errors and perform status update in one action.

Result

The selected errors should have their status column updated.
