E2E: Remove Support for Generating Test Session Issues

Summary

This issue will be used to evaluate whether the team still makes use of test session issues that are automatically generated for E2E test runs in CustomersDot, and remove this dependency if it is no longer necessary.

With the introduction of gitlab!165510 (merged), these test sessions are no longer being generated for GitLab E2E tests reported to #e2e-run-master. Now that we also make use of the Allure report for CustomersDot E2E tests, removing this script would result in simplifying maintenance overhead and improved pipeline runtime
