Renewal notices get sent even if renewal order is in progress or complete

Problem description

Customers receive renewal reminders from Zuora, even if they have a renewal order in progress via our sales team. A recent change in our booking policy means that the renewal order will only get sent to Zuora 15 days before the renewal date.

This means that if a customer is negotiating or has completed their renewal order early, they will still receive renewal reminders up until at least 15 days before their renewal.

Proposed solution

Allow notifications to be turned off when a renewal order has reached an appropriate stage in SFDC.
