Specify USD currency in Upcoming auto-renewal emails sent from Customers Portal

Problem to solve

$ (Dollars) is widely use in different countries and from what we're using in the customer portal, sometime it can give the impression that the customer is being charged in their local currency. Especially when Tax is included in the calculation.

We should clearly clarify that we're charging them in USD.

Intended users

Customers receiving emails from the Customers Portal about their subscription. This includes:

  1. Upcoming auto-renewal emails

User experience goal

The user know which currency they're paying in.

Proposal

Update emails to display dollar amounts formatted as $X,XXX.XX USD.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
