Show confirmation popup before the "Perform Reconciliation" action within the reconciliation admin page.
Problem
Currently if someone accidentally clicks on Perform Reconciliation within the reconciliation admin page, it triggers the action and carries out the reconciliation process without asking for a confirmation which would not be helpful since these reconciliations should be carried out quarterly.
Proposal
Add a confirmation popup when clicking on Perform Reconciliation, which would ask for a confirmation and mention that this action cannot be reverted, something like the below sreenshot:
