This issue is to plan and coordinate the dates and organizers of upcoming Create Team Days for the whole calendar year of 2025 (FY26). (Previous year)

Planning Considerations

1. Team days should happen on Fridays
2. Team days should happen about every 2 months
3. Team days should not happen close to the end of a milestone
4. Team days should not happen on Family and Friends Days

Checklist for each event

• Add day-long event in Create stage calendar
• Create the planning issue and complete its own checklist
• Mark it as closed once it happens

Issue Outcome

• Agree on the tentative dates for 2025/FY26 (subject to change as things come up)
• Identify organizers for all events
  • Volunteer to coordinate. This is quite easy and is mostly creating an issue and some calendar events. Everything is documented in the issue template
