Create walkthrough video of the code review experience

In a code review group ux sync call on 2024-12-04 it was discussed that it

“As a reviewer going through code review…” - I think it is worthwhile to take some of the things we are working on today (review panel, commenting button changes) and show how we see the code review workflow improving. It would be a small video walkthrough that we can change over time that would help support the roadmap.

This could be effort that would also be beneficial a contribution to product tours.
