The Create teams have gotten together to initiate a series of Knowledge-sharing sessions around how we all live up to our values in our daily tasks as engineers.

These engineering round tables are sessions aimed at promoting** knowledge sharing between our team members**. Over time, practices have developed on how to embody our values in all parts of our work. These sessions are looking for tips, tricks or simply habits you’ve developed that aid you in your success as an Engineer. Those who have been here longer can share lessons on what works and what doesn’t work with those who joined recently—but also vice-versa. New perspectives can help us find innovative ways to live out our values. Each session will be focused on ONE value and have two different meetings to help reach all of our team members.
