Development Metal Use Ssh Port 22

Now that my other MR was accepted, we must tell people to explicitly use ssh port 22 for development metal, since the default for development is now 2222.

This is the first option where development on Vagrant and Metal options should differ. If many more come up in the future we may consider an umbrella option to differ Metal from Vagrant options.
