Stan Hu authoredAdd support for the `universe_domain` configuration parameter in the GCS storage driver. This allows users to configure the driver to work with Google Cloud's restricted universe domains. The `universe_domain` parameter defaults to `googleapis.com` for standard Google Cloud. For restricted universe domains, users can set this to their organization's universe domain (e.g. `example.universe.com`). Example configuration: ```yaml storage: gcs: bucket: my-registry-bucket universe_domain: example.universe.com ``` Relates to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/work_items/581881 -

Now that we are using the credentials themselves, pass along the TokenSource directly to the OAuth2 client.

Instead of requiring admins to specify a `universe_domain`, we can automatically determine this with the credentials: 1. For service account credentials (keyfile or inline), the universe domain is read from the credentials JSON. 2. For Application Default Credentials on GCE instances, the universe domain is retrieved from the GCE metadata server. 3. The `universe_domain` parameter can be used to explicitly override the detected universe domain if needed.
