Add new graphs to container-registry storage dashbord for urlcache middleware,retries, and fix stackdriver graphs for trhoughtput

This issue is a follow-up for #1565 (closed)

We need to add three new charts for newly introduced metrics to the container-registry storage dashboard. Namely:

• urlcache_requests_total
• urlcache_size
• urlcache_object_size
