Create walkthroughs/demos for Experimental installs of metadata database

In order to onboard new self-managed users to use the Experimental database installation instructions, provide a series of walkthrough guides. Documentation has been updated in 16.3, videos and demo walkthroughs will be available to clarify the information in this docs page.
