    This tag is an internally used tag to indicate the commit at which the
GitLab Agent repository was split into this tunnel project.
The intention of the tunnel project is to provide a module for the gRPC
tunnelling and routing used by KAS and its agents.

A lot will be removed from the migrated code, but was included because
`git subtree` doesn't allow multiple sibling trees to be migrated
without merging later on.
