Clean up deprecated "GetConnectedAgentsByAgentIDs" gRPC service

Clean up GetConnectedAgentsByAgentIDs gRPC service, as the newly renamed one is already introduced: GetConnectedAgentksByAgentIDs.

Given Rails started to use the new gRPC service in %18.3 (#734 (closed)), let's clean up in %18.4.
