Enable renovate for automatic dependencies update

What we do now

Fully automated release with semantic release (conventional commits) - we then manually gitlab.com by updating this one variable in the CI template: AUTO_DEPLOY_IMAGE_VERSION

Manual dependencies to update: helm-install-image
