Re-considering the shortened name for GitLab Operator

This is a follower issue to reconsider using the term glop for Gitlab Operator given its unsavory connotations and usage in English.

The following discussion from !334 (merged) should be addressed:

  It's a silly thing, but I am not sure want to start using glop for GitLab Operator.

  The word glop has a specific meaning and it's not very flattering.

  Let's spell out gitlab-operator-X here perhaps?.

  I won't call this a blocker, but it's the first thing I thought when I read the code.
