Document arm64 images are not production ready

Summary

With !707 (merged) merged, the operator is built for amd64 and arm64. The arm images need further testing to be considered production ready.

Acceptance Criteria

• Document that the arm images are not production ready.

Note: CI testing for arm images will be added in #1452 (closed)
