Job token can't be used with self signed CA

Summary

While investigating this issue: Support custom SSL CA certificate for glab release (gitlab#543021 - closed),

we realized that the job token integration of the glab CLI is not complete because it can't be used with self signed CA (custom SSL/HTTPS certificate).
