glab release create - 413 failed to parse unknown error format: Request Entity Too Large

Summary

Uploading various assets (~3GB in total) with glab release create fails with "413 failed to parse unknown error format: Request Entity Too Large".

Steps to reproduce

Try uploading various large size assets as part of glab release create.

What is the current bug behavior?

I can not upload assets with a size of roughly 1GB.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Upload of assets should not fail and the release should be created.
