Track holistic UI string cleanup

Ever since starting work on this project, I've needed to do a top-to-bottom cleanup and standardization of the strings printed in the docs and the CLI. This issue is purely to provide some centralized tracking. I've been using Add stacked diff syncing to merge requests (#7470 - closed) which required a post-merge review that kicked off the process, but the Technical Writing work should really be tracked in a separate issue.
