chore: Don't run tests for doc changes only

Oh I see, I jumped the testing section in the CONTRIBUTING.md, because I thought, I just update docs not tests.

Just a suggestion for the .gitlab-ci.yml exclude running tests, if commits are on the docs? I can be totally wrong and update my process for future happenings 😃

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
